Richard Lindsay
Richard was a chorister at Lincoln Cathedral and a junior student at Trinity College London where he studied recorder and musicianship. He also has a BA(Hons) in music from Exeter University and was a choral scholar in the Cathedral Choir. Richard has recorded two CDs with Cantores, a group specialising in late 15th century music. He now concentrates on performing and teaching. He has appeared at early music festivals including Lincoln and Leicester, given recitals at music clubs and churches all over England, has performed in France and Germany and tutored at music courses. He is currently Conductor of the Lincoln Orpheus Male Voice Choir, Musical Director of the Lincolnshire branch of the Society of Recorder Players, and joint Musical Director of the Lincoln Renaissance Band.
